RETURN/REFUND POLICY 


We have a 7 days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/Return.


To be eligible for a Refund..

If your returned wig has been altered in any of the following ways, an exchange/Refund will not be able to be offered to you, and the item will be returned to you. 

*The item must not have been cut(lace cut or trimmed in any way), shampooed, blown dry or styled in any other way, including heat styled.

*All paper wrap and tissue paper packing material (including wig net) must be present along with along with the wrap and courier bag it came in.

*The item must show no signs and scents of wear. 

*Light brushing or finger styling is ok.

*your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should all of the above not be adhered to then your item will be unsuitable for exchange/refund and will be returned to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always send us a dm for any return question.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and free items 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
